From Industry to Intelligence
A personal journey from precision machining to intelligent systems
"The real problems in manufacturing don't come from the machines—they come from the information."
I started my journey in precision machining. For more than a decade, I worked alongside machines, designed parts, inspected quality, and learned how small decisions affect an entire production rate.
Over time, I noticed that the problems that recurred over and over again did not stem from the machine — but from the information: from uneven communication, from scheduling, from lack of coordination between departments.
That was the moment I realized that I didn't just want to solve problems, but to understand the entire system. From there, the path led me to industrial and management studies, specializing in information systems, and the field of artificial intelligence.
Today, I work exactly on this line — the place where knowledge from the field becomes a technological capability that allows a factory to work smartly, precisely, and in real time.
WHAT I DO
Experimenting with data-driven and AI-based methods to understand and improve industrial systems.
Industrial Process Mapping
Analyzing and visualizing complex industrial workflows to identify optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Technical Knowledge Design
Creating structured frameworks and systems for capturing, organizing, and applying technical expertise across organizations.
Transforming industrial insight into applied AI systems and data-driven prototypes.
My Approach
My approach to industrial processes is built on two fundamental principles:
-
•Understand the terrain before the solution — no algorithm replaces a conversation with a production person. No algorithm replaces a conversation with a production person. Every process starts with a real understanding of the reality on the ground — the people, the flow, the constraints, and the real situations that happen on the production floor.
-
•Translate a problem into a measurable processThe question is not "what doesn't work?", but "where does it get stuck?".\n\nThe ability to measure, break down the problem into control points, and understand the flow map is the key to real improvement.
-
•Build systematic foundationsProper characterization, time planning, and outlining clear work processes.\n\nCreating templates, schemas, and methodologies that enable establishing strong, stable, and scalable processes.
